Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Get your tracking number and click USPS.com or UPS.com.

You can use that tracking number directly through the shipping carrier to follow your package.

If your order shows as delivered but you don’t see it, please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If you still need help, feel free to contact us.

Where is my order?


We’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

Orders are processed quickly so we can get your Bella goodies packed and on their way. Because of that, we can’t guarantee any edits after checkout—so please double check your order and shipping details before submitting.

Can I change or cancel my order?


I entered the wrong shipping address… what now?

The address entered at checkout is exactly what prints on your shipping label.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us, we can resend it—but additional shipping costs will apply.


  • Orders are shipped from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after shipment (depending on location and carrier)

You’ll receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking.

We primarily ship through USPS.

Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.


My package is delayed or lost

Once your order leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or stuck in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number—they have the most up-to-date information and tools to help locate it.


My tracking says delivered, but I don’t have it

If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Looking around your delivery area

  • Contacting your local post office

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.


Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

However, if you’re outside the U.S. and would like a copy of Here Comes Bella, you can:

  • Order through your country’s Amazon

  • Ask your local bookstore to order it using the book’s ISBN: 979-8-9912047-7-4


Returns & Exchanges

Because each order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will replace the item.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays

  • Minor variations in color or print


Discount codes & gift cards

Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
